One of the least expensive methods of tuning a car is to do invest in new car audio. Car audio that is comprised of parts stocked from the factory that made the car are usually not much to speak off. Adding an amplifier, sub woofers, or a new head unit is a good way to make the interior of your car look and sound great with little money.

A spoiler is a also a spendthrift option that will allow you to get actual performance enhancement with little money down. A spoiler goes on the end of the car, and helps modify the flow of air around the car to help both gas mileage and top speed. It doesn’t make a drastic performance difference on average, but it helps and certainly looks great on a car.

Although we all wish we had a Lamborghini, it probably won’t come true. Carbon fiber is a material that can be used to replace common vehicle parts such as the hood. Carbon fiber is tremendously expensive, given that it is incredibly light. A lighter vehicle means less work and quicker acceleration, making these upgrades well sought after in the racing industry. Carbon fiber may not be available for every vehicle or individual part, so it’s best to check with a dealer before having your heart set on it.

Headlights may not seem like they would be like much of a performance increase, but they can indeed keep your investment running smoothly. Factory headlight models will typically be less strong than after-market headlights, which can illuminate a wider distance further. This can help drivers avoid animals, other cars, or pedestrians in the road that could effectively wreck and ruin the car you spent so much time in building.
